Changes to the board of directors of Agrinos AS

Agrinos today announces changes to its board of directors. Thorleif Enger has decided to step down from the board and Kristian Johansen will replace him as Chairman.

The board of directors of Agrinos AS has the following composition as from today:

Kristian Johansen, acting Chairman of the board
Morten Sigval Bergesen
Gerardo Enrique Esquer Aguirre
Jean Baptiste Oldenhove

Alexander Steel is in addition an observer at the board.

Commenting on the changes, Thorleif Enger said: "My commitment to Agrinos stems from the belief that R&D and new technologies are key drivers behind improved productivity and sustainability. Biologicals have the potential to transform agriculture and Agrinos can be a part of this progress. I believe the company needs a dedicated board fully focused on the next important steps, hence I have decided to leave the board for personal reasons linked to my previous employment. The company is in a strong position with its current board and solid investor base and I am comfortable that they will be able to move Agrinos forward and realize its potential".

"The board would like to express its gratitude to Thorleif Enger who has played an important role in the development of the company since 2009. The board will now focus on industrializing the company and on sharpening its market focus in a progressive biologicals space", the new acting chairman of the board, Kristian Johansen said in a comment.
